Buildout Radar is a weekly email report of newly permitted commercial interior build-outs and new commercial construction in your metro, ranked by likely low-voltage, AV and security scope, with the general contractor of record so you can ask to get on the bid list.

Who it's for

Structured-cabling and low-voltage contractors, AV integrators, and security / access-control integrators who win work as subcontractors on office, medical, retail, restaurant, education and worship build-outs.

What you get

• A weekly email every Monday for your metro, with a spreadsheet (CSV) of every qualifying project permitted in the past 7–14 days.
• For each project: address, type of space, size or reported valuation, permit description, issue date, and the general contractor of record (plus GC phone, electrical subcontractor and architect where the city publishes them).
• A relevance score and a one-line note on the likely cabling / AV / security scope, so the best opportunities are at the top.
• Current metros: Austin, TX, Chicago, IL and New York, NY. Other metros on request.

Pricing

Billed monthly in US dollars through Stripe. Subscriptions renew automatically each month until cancelled.

Cancellation & refunds

• Cancel anytime from the billing portal link in your receipt, or by emailing us. Cancellation stops future renewals, and you keep access through the end of the period you've paid for.
• First-month guarantee: if the first month isn't useful to you, email us within 30 days of your first payment for a full refund of that payment.
• After the first month, payments are non-refundable except where required by law or in the case of a billing error.

Terms of service

1. Service. Buildout Radar provides informational reports compiled from public government records. Reports are provided "as is." Public records can be incomplete, delayed or inaccurate, and we do not warrant the accuracy or completeness of any report or that any project will lead to business.
2. Use. Reports are for your own business use. Don't resell or redistribute them in bulk. Contacting the businesses listed is your responsibility and must comply with applicable law (including anti-spam and telemarketing rules).
3. Billing. Subscriptions are billed monthly in advance until cancelled, as described under Pricing and Cancellation & refunds. We may change prices with at least 30 days' email notice; founding prices stay locked while your subscription stays active.
4. Liability. To the extent permitted by law, our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid us in the 3 months before the claim.
5. Changes. We may update these terms; material changes will be emailed to subscribers at least 14 days before they take effect.

Privacy

• We collect the information you give us to subscribe (name, business name, email) and billing details, which are processed by Stripe; we never see or store full card numbers.
• We use your email only to deliver reports, send billing notices and answer you. We don't sell or share your information, except with service providers needed to run the service (Stripe for payments, Google for email).
• To have your data deleted, email us. Every email we send includes an opt-out.
